Hi, I'm Arwen and I am so glad you are taking a look at me.
I am a 70-pound ball of energy and personality! I would love a family that can keep up with me. I would prefer to be the only dog in your home, but I have the potential for playdates. I've made friends with the kennel staff and training team. I would prefer to have a small group of friends, sometimes the little humans can be scary! Would you like to be my friend?
Arwen is working on her basic cues and loose leash walking. This girl LOVES food and toys. She is very motivated to train! I would love to be a hiking buddy, and outside is my favorite and I like to parkour! Rock, benches, tree stumps, you name it, I want to jump on it.
My favorite things:
Being outside! I love to soak in the sun, smell all the smells, and adventure with my trainers.
Cream cheese and chicken are my favorite treats
Stuffy toys
Car rides
Enrichment boxes
Booty scratches (once we a friends)
Cues that I know:
Sit, down
Touch
Working on muzzle training
Loose leash walking
Relaxation
Arwen is an All-Star dog! Her adoption appointment includes a discussion with our Training Team, and she will go home with his very own no-pull-harness and a few enrichment goodies to help get her off to a good start! To schedule an appointment to meet Arwen, email info@ahconnects.org (please include your name and phone number), and the staff will be happy to help you!
