Rio is handsome (obviously) and wonderfully independent. He’s the kind of dog who marches to the beat of his own drummer. 🥁 He doesn’t try to be everyone’s best friend right away. He takes his time. He observes. He decides. And when he chooses? His loyalty is real.
Rio loves being outdoors — exploring the yard, lounging in the fresh air, enjoying space to just be himself. He appreciates respect, patience, and a calm understanding heart. Someone who sees his independence as strength and his quiet loyalty as something special. ♥️

Our goal is to adopt as many pets into loving forever homes as possible each month. We screen applications and arrange meet and greet times with each animal. Once the potential adopter has completed their application and met the pet, we do a 1 on 1 consultation about pet care and the life expectancy of their new family member.
