My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Patches Patchiepoo, aka Patches. She was born about 2018/2019 to a community cat colony. One of our volunteers cares for this colony and over time earned her trust. One day Patches didn't come for dinner, or the next day's breakfast. She went missing for 4 days! After working with neighbors she was located in an empty homes backyard. She had to be rescued off of the roof! She had a broken foot and was dehydrated. Our volunteer got her immediately to the vet for care. She had a clean fracture and was otherwise healthy. After many Dr's visits she got her foot splint off and is ready for adoption. She has the cutest kitty fangs and white patch on her chest, hence the name.

This girl is amazing. The vets and techs could not believe she was an outside kitty because she is so sweet and well behaved. She is gentle, loves pets and attention and wants belly rubs. She let her foster give her pills and did perfectly at the vet. She is vocal when she wants to be, especially in the carrier, but she is chill and relaxed in her disposition overall. What Patches mostly wants is a fairly calm home with lots of love. She'll make a wonderful companion and cuddle buddy. Her favorite things include wet food for breakfast and dinner and kitty treats. She's a healthy girl at about 13 pounds. She likes her kitty house and would like one in her new home. She may be shy at first as she's been though a lot of change, but she's incredibly loving and gentle and will settle in. She should do ok with another calm friendly kitty with slow introductions. She lived with several other cats in her colony. She is not used to dogs. She has excellent litter manners and is up to date on shots and spayed. She is FIV negative. Her foster mom loves her very much and hopes she can keep in touch and get updates on Patches.
