Meet Velcro! Velcro is a sweet and spunky girl born in August 2022. She was in one of our fosters backyards. She is a tough little street kid with battle scars on her face, and she is practically fearless. She is absolutely beautiful with speckled ears that look like stained glass when the sunlight hits them and patches of red-tinted fur hidden among the black. She is extremely cuddly and VERY food-motivated. While her name came from all the dead grass sticking to her when she rolled around on our patio, she is also appropriately named for how much she sticks to her people. Be careful not to step on her, because despite how chatty she is, she will still appear under your feet as quiet as a ninja in under a second, especially in the kitchen. She's a bit of a food thief, so you'll have to keep an eye on her when food is out, be it yours or your other pets'! She loves pets and face scritches and does well being picked up as long you hold her close and make her feel secure. She's also a champion biscuit maker and will snuggle up with you all night if you let her! She has excellent litter manners and can get used to other calm and respectful pets with proper slow introduction. She hasn't been around children.
