It is a long read and a long adoption process. Please understand we are ensuring that our babies go to great homes and we don't know you personally (yet). Understand that this is an adoption of a beautiful little soul that deserves the absolute best life.
EMINEM and his sister LAURYN HILL was saved by an independent rescuer. They came from a mom at a colony in the area Lawndale, California. Once the kittens were stable, his rescuer reached out to us. And now they are with our rescue.
EMINEM gets comfortable very quickly and is curious about everything. He can get startled but will come back and investigate. He will then throw himself on the floor and demand attention, come rub on you or walk in between your legs. He is such a sweet love bug. All he wants is pets and love. He comes running when it's time to get his can food. His purr box is very loud. And lovesssss to talk or complain...depending on his mood! He's looking for his REAL FUREVER home. EMINEM and his sister LAURYN HILL are identical!!
EMINEM is a DOMESTIC SHORT HAIR / RUSSIAN BLUE MIX. He is about 10 months old. He is good with cats and is non-reactive to dogs. He has never been around children. EMINEM is high energy. And because of that, we don't think he would be ok as an only cat. He loves to play with all his friends! So with him, we will want him to go to a home that has one other, playful, energetic cat.

ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. Go to Workinwhiskers.com (Click on ADOPT)
2. Fill Out Online Form
3. Submit Online Application
4. Someone Will Call / Text to Do Phone Interview
5. Will be notified of Approved Application
6. Home Visit (WILL BE SCHEDULED)
7. Official Meet and Greet with Kitty
8. Sign Adoption Contract
9. Pay Adoption Fee (VENMO - ZELLE - PAYPAL or CASH)
10. Take the Kitty Home

MARCH 2024: VOLUNTEERS are the only ones allowed to let you meet the kitty. Not PETSMART employees.
Volunteers are usually at PetSmart between 9 am to 1 pm for cleaning. The cats currently at PETSMART you are allowed to go visit. A good time to come visit is between 4 pm - 9 pm. The VOLUNTEERS are only there in the evening for 3 hours so please email us or visit the cattery for VISITING HOURS. Most days are different 3 hour shifts. It's based on volunteer availability.

The kitties at a foster/rescue homes, we will accommodate as much as possible. But steps 1-6 of the ADOPTION PROCESS need to be done before we do OFFICIAL MEET & GREETS. It is easier to do the meet and greets at the locations listed below.

The crazy rescue mama will drive kitties to their new home, meet & greets, etc...once the phone interview and home check have been done.. Gas donations always appreciated!

If the CAT/KITTEN is still listed (meaning here or other websites) they are still available. It does not mean they don't have other pending applications or meet and greets.
Please note: Just because you fill out an application and are approved does not obligate you to adopt the cat/kitten. If he or she is not a fit...we have plenty of other cats / kittens available for adoption.
We are a SMALL rescue based out of Hemet, California. We are all volunteers that run the rescue. If we haven't reached out....be patient.

We are NOT a government FUNDED shelter and all our donations and adoption fees are for our rescued cats/kittens. So, we do not do DISCOUNTS.
