Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Zeus was rescued from an unfortunate situation and joined us on August 17th. He has glowed up so much during his time at the shelter - he has learned to trust volunteers and staff. It takes him a little bit to trust new people, but once he recognizes you aren't a threat, he blossoms into an absolute cuddle bug. He is just a big baby who wants love. He will give the most powerful butt wiggles you've ever seen. His entire body will even wiggle with him! And if he's really excited, he's start doing zoomies so fast his butt can't even keep up with him.
He absolutely loves his bones and chew toys, and he will play bow with people and other dogs. Though he has not been officially dog tested, he did come to the shelter with a larger female dog. We think he would do best with another female dog or submissive/respectful male dog.
If you have a dog, we always recommend bringing them for a meet and greet -- just give us a call or come down to the shelter during opening hours to meet him yourself and give him a chance! He is a truly sweet and happy young boy.
