My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hey there, potential adopters! My name is Gomer, and I'm an 10-month-old Labrador Retriever mix eagerly looking for my forever home. As you can see from my pictures, I sport a striking black and white coat that perfectly complements my playful and lively personality.

I may be young, but I've got boundless energy and a zest for life that will keep you on your toes! I'm always ready for fun and adventures. Whether it's a game of fetch, chasing after toys, or simply running around the yard, I'm up for any exciting activity you have in mind.

I must admit, I can be a little rambunctious at times, but that's just because I'm overflowing with happiness and enthusiasm! With my big puppy eyes and wagging tail, I'm sure to bring smiles to your faces every day.

I'm hoping to find a family that appreciates my spirited nature and can keep up with my energetic antics. I would thrive in a home where we can engage in fun training sessions, interactive play, and plenty of outdoor activities. A family that can provide me with the exercise and mental stimulation I need to be a well-rounded and happy pup would be the perfect match!

Gomer is an all-star dog, and his adoption appointment includes a discussion with the training team, as well as a few enrichment goodies to help get you both off to a good start. To learn more about Gomer or to schedule an appointment to meet him, please email info@ahconnects.org (including your name and phone number), and the staff will be happy to assist you.

Our dogs and puppies go home spayed/neutered, microchipped, heartworm tested (7 months and over), and up to date on core vaccines, heartworm, flea, and tick preventatives. Their adoption also includes a free-vet exam at one of our participating veterinarians.
