The name Gretchen is from German origin meaning Pearl. The pearl symbolizes the beauty of the wisdom gained from experience. Give me a little time to grow up and I'll be one beautiful lady. Your precious lil gem!!

At 4 months I'm your typical puppy that is happy and bouncing thru life as only a puppy can. I am an affectionate lil gal that loves playing and exploring...everywhere! I do great with the other foster pups here, nothing better then romping around the yard stealing...err sharing all the toys!

I come in at about 15lbs and should reach an adult weight of somewhere around 30lbs. What a perfect size...for well, everything. Walks to the local coffee shop, neighborhood strolls, hiking adventures, camping trips, river excursions...you name it, I'd love to give it a try! And let's not forget, the perfect size to share some cuddles on the couch. Yes sirree, one of my favoritest times, might be even better then milkbones!!

With my super sleek shiny coat I'm on the low maintenance in the grooming department. Which you know what that means, don't ya? It means there is more time for both of us in the cuddle department.
And ya know that's what I'm talkin' about!

Sweet and playful, affectionate and cuddly, add in my cuteness factor and I've got all the makins' to be a great family member. The one thing I don't have...yet, is YOU!
