My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

***IN FOSTER***

Are you up for an ice cream treat this summer? Sundae is ready to kick off the new season!

This young girl is ready to beat the summer heat with a little bit of a chill! She has waited a long time to start her own adventure and is more than excited to begin the journey. Just like her name, Sundae is a cold snack perfect for sunny days, and with the cold weather gone, Sundae is ready to bask in the sun! This chilly sweet treat is still a little shy, but rest assured, Sundae is making progress.

Sundae is still getting accustomed to the luxurious life of a house cat. She used to hide, but she's come a long way from that now. Her foster has reported that she's comfortable enough to show off her energetic personality, playing out in the open with the resident cat day and night, and often close to humans! Pets are a different story, but here was an occasion when she accepted a chin and cheek scratch and even leaned into the back-scratcher. Although she can be a bit cold, we know she enjoys affection, especially from other cats. She's known to be a bit clingy with her feline friends and will wait outside the litterbox for them to finish so they can continue playing. Sundae's just excited that someone shares her love for playing with toys!

You can't get through a sundae without a few cold bites, and the same goes for this lovely girl! Sundae is in search of a quiet and patient family, one who will support her and give her space when needed, and who isn't afraid of a bit of a chill. She loves the company of her feline roommate, the two of them chirping, playing, and sleeping together. A home with another cat would suit her well, helping to open her up and get more comfortable with humans.

This frozen dessert is looking to find a home that'll keep her cool this summer! If you think Sundae may just be the refreshment you need, submit an application today!
