Phil was surrendered with his siblings to a shelter in GA when they were 11 weeks old. Phil has tons of energy. He still jumps on people when he is excited and when it’s dinner time! His foster mom puts him in the crate before she feeds him so he doesn't trip her! She is teaching him that barking doesn't make his food come faster but silence will! Phil is working on potty training and his new family will need to keep him on a schedule. Phil's leash training is also in progress. He is very food motivated so training should progress quickly. Phil has not met any cats. Like all puppies, Phil needs a family that has the time, patience and love to raise a puppy! Phil is fostered in PA but can come to CT for the right family.
