Little Pepper’s time in the shelter was harrowing to stay the least. She was so scared that all she could think to do was protect herself by not allowing anyone near her. We saw the fear in her big eyes, though, as she tried to melt into the back of the kennel, and we had to save her. This pretty girl is 3 years old with a beautiful silky chocolate and tan coat. Her wonderfully big ears stand at attention as she listens to our soothing words and gently takes treats from our hands. With love and kindness, Pepper is learning that people can be trusted. Before you know it, she’ll be your best friend. She has but one request. She wants to live in a quiet home with not a lot of comings and goings and external noises. Pepper weighs 11 pounds and is spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated. More importantly, she’s waiting for you to come and whisk her away!
