Meet Zoe: The Black Velvet Queen of Couch Cuddles

Why start from scratch with a wild puppy when you can get Zoe—a two-year-old Lab mix with all the perks of adulthood (house-trained, crate-savvy, and car-ride ready) *plus* the cuddly heart of a big ol’ baby?

Zoe was adopted from us as a puppy and loved dearly. Sadly, her family lost their home and had to say goodbye, even though it broke their hearts. She grew up with kids and around dogs and she’s been nothing but a sweetheart through it all.

Shelter life, though? Not her thing. Zoe didn’t do well in a kennel—she’s a homebody through and through. So we placed her in a foster home where she’s thriving again! Now she’s back to being the Velcro pup she was born to be, following her people from room to room like a loyal little shadow. She’s quiet, snuggly, and maybe just *slightly* a couch hog (but only if you let her).

Zoe's not flashy or fancy—she’s more Bruce Springsteen than pop princess. As The Boss might say, “You ain’t a beauty, but hey, you’re alright”—though we’d argue she’s 100% gorgeous in her own soulful, silky, black-velvet way.
