Chelsea is delicate, gentle, energetic, sociable and affectionate. She comes with a Certificate of Sterility, Certificate of Rabies, Proof of Dental Cleaning and teeth extractions, de-worming, professionally groomed, microchip and registration of the Chip.

Chelsea is one of two Yorkies recently relinquished to Poochmatch because the owner was not able to provide for their care. Neither she or her companion (Chazzy) had been neutered or spayed and both required professional grooming. Although the owner said they had received vaccines, no record of vaccines was provided, so we started at ground zero proceeding with the 2 required core vaccines, rabies and DHPP: Distemper/Parvo.

We have re-homed over 5,000 dogs since 2006 and make every effort to ensure ALL medical needs have been met PRIOR to adoption to ensure NO additional unexpected costs to the owner.

Chelsea was examined prior to neuter at Pico Veterinary Hospital in Yorba Linda and deemed to be around 4 years old. As is usually the case with Yorkies, her teeth were not in the best condition. She required a dental cleaning and 1 extractions. The price was right!

ADOPTION FEE: We are requesting a minimum donation of $837.20 to recover the cost of complete veterinary care required to make Chelsea entirely whole and healthy. Honestly, $211 was a great price for the dental and discounted for Poochmatch because we are a 501(c )(3) Charitable Organization.

We commonly receive multiple applications for a single dog. Nevertheless, only one applicant will be invited to meet a dog at a mutually agreeable appointment day, time & place. Usually Petsmart Yorba Linda or our Santa Ana location near South Coast Plaza.

Relinquished by her owner, no longer able to afford her care. Chelsea is delicate, gentle and lively. She would not be well-suited for small children. All adoption fees cover the mandatory and non-negotiable spay/neuter, rabies, microchip, microchip registration, full sets of core vaccinations (rabies and 1 set of distemper/parvo for adults, 4 for puppies) and deworming. Adoption fees vary based on age, breed, size and the costs incurred on the dog's behalf by us i.e. medical, behavioral training, etc.
