We have no idea what Elsies life was like before she became a Lovebug, but we are sure glad we can help guide her onto a better future. Elsie is a 4 year old 7 lb Yorkie mix who is very dainty. She is on the thin side, so we are working on getting more regular feedings into her. Good thing she LOVES food.
Elsie is the true definition of a lap dog and has instantly attached herself to her foster family and is always on someones lap. She is on the shy side initially, but going slow with her goes a long way. The best type of home for Elsie would be one on the quiet side without a lot of coming and going, and a family who is home a little more often than not. She does okay with other dogs in neutral settings, but at the moment it seems she wants all the attention from her humans.
Elsie's adoption fee is $400 and includes her spay, registered microchip, vaccines current, deworming, flea treatment, negative fecal and bloodwork. Apply at www.lovebugsrescue.org
