Hi, my name is Zeus and I’m a Pointer/Jack Russell mix, 23 months old, I’m 28 lbs, and I was surrendered to a San Antonio animal shelter along with my 3 doggy housemates when our owner moved into an apartment. From there we were all picked up by a dog rescue and sent to foster homes while we got ready to find new forever families. I am a happy and friendly boy, energetic and playful and I am fantastic with everyone, kids, and dogs, and I have a heart of gold. My foster mom says I am the happiest friendliest dog she has ever met and that my tail never stops wagging. My favorite activities are playing with my foster dog friends or just walking around with a dog toy in my mouth, tail wagging, and butt wiggling. I’m adorable! I have a very sweet loverboy side too… I love to cuddle and share a little kiss or two to say I Love You, but not sloppy kisses. I make an excellent doggy playmate, not bossy at all, and all my doggy pals like me. I am always ready to go for a walk, I ride nicely in a car, I’m housebroken, I’m not a barker, I don't chew your household items, I don't dig or jump fences, I do not guard my food, and I don't mind a crate. I’m well-behaved and awesome! I will make an excellent family dog or dog companion for someone active/outdoorsy. I have a wonderful temperament and would make anyone proud to introduce me to their friends.

I have already moved to Connecticut so I can easily meet whoever is lucky enough to adopt me! I don't mean to toot my own horn, but when you meet me you will find out it's all true!
