Melody is a sweet and gentle girl who loves to play and be petted. She, her sister Missy and their mom MauMau all get along great with each other and the other cats in their room. The girls were born approximately June of 2021 and would love to have a home to race around and then find a sunny spot to nap. If you are looking for a couple of cats that are just fun to have around then Melody and Missy are a great choice and if you want a cat that is all love and play and has no personal boudaries then their mom MauMau is a perfect fit! All of the girls are spayed, up to date on shots and microchipped. As always our adoption fee for cats/kittens is free will to approved applicants.

All interested parties must fill out an adoption application and be approved prior to adoption. If a family has currently, or in the recent past had pets then a veterinary reference is required. If not then two personal references are required. Our adoption fees for dogs range from $150-$300. Our adoption fee for cats is free will donation. After an adoption has been approved an adoption contract must be signed.

More about this shelter

The ECAS is an all volunteer, no kill shelter. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome pets in need due to neglect, abandonment, abuse or from simply not being wanted! We started in 2010 due to a need in our community. We are currently a foster based organization and we are currently building our new shelter facility. We work hand in hand with other rescue and shelters in the area to help out when and where we are needed.
