Howie is a beautiful 3 year old. He has had one owner. His owner is no longer able to care for him due to her health; she is both physically and cognitively impaired. He was found when he was a young kitten. He has lived his whole life with an older cat, who he has had zero problems with. Howie loves to sit next to you and loves to have his head scratched. He loves to play with cat toys and lay on his cozy blanket. Howie does not have an adoption fee, and monies to help support his care will be offered to adopter.
