My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Breezer is a sweet little fella who was reportedly stray for some time before a nice person helped get him to PACC. His finder described him as a bit nervous but very friendly. During a brief adoption Breezer showed that he’ll need time to settle into a home environment and will need a patient family. He was even unsure of the television, and everyone loves to watch TV! But, with a little patience and support, Breezer is sure to bond with his future family and thrive. His adopters said that he walks well on leash, is playful, and is always by your side. He did well with other dogs and loves his squeaky toys and belly rubs. They said that he knows tricks and is affectionate.

Here`s what just a few of Breezer’s many friends at the shelter have said about him:

“Breezer is such a sweet guy. He was so much fun to take for a walk today. He did great on a leash. He is very calm and a polite, loose leash walker. He enjoys scratches behind the ears and treats. He is very gentle and a truly lovely dog. I hope he finds his forever home soon!”

“Breezer has become a very special guy to me. He is so happy when I go to take him out and lets me pet him all over. He does get anxious at times, so I will usually sit down with him and just pet him and try to comfort him. Breezer just needs more exposure to the outside world. He is still so young and now with all the time he has spent at PACC he hasn`t been given a chance to become comfortable with what he believes is a scary world. When I spend time with him in his kennel he is a happy wiggly guy. He deserves a chance to get into a home and be shown love because I know he would be an awesome dog. I hope that home comes soon.”

“Breezer was terrified when he arrived at the shelter. He has come so far in his time at PACC! While still shy and sometimes startled by loud noises, he is walking much better on the leash. He enjoys being pet by his volunteer friends and even allowed me to easily cut his nails for him. A loving and patient home is what he needs most!”

“Breezer has been returned to PACC after a two-day adoption, so I was sure to visit him. He seems to be doing great! He was happy and wiggly when I took him out and walked more confidently than before. I stopped at my vehicle to get something, and he put his front paws on the door frame like he was ready to go for a ride. In the play yard with his kennelmate, he was play bowing and they had a great time chasing each other around. I also w
