Need help with your pet? Call the Pet Support Center
The Pet Support Center is a phone-based resource for our community that strives to help people keep their pets. In addition to providing resources, information and counseling, support staff will schedule admission appointments for pet owners who decide they need to surrender their pets to PACC. Adoption steps

  1. Visit the Facility and Find a Pet
    Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri: 12-6:30pm
    Wed: 1:30-6:30pm
    Saturday & Sunday 10am - 4:30pm
    *You must check in 45 minutes before close
  2. Meet the Pet
    Once you have decided which pets you are interested in, sign in for an adoption counselor who will guide you through the adoption process.
  3. Take the Pet Home
    Cats must leave in a carrier and dogs must leave in a carrier or on leash. We do have these available for purchase in our lobby store.

Additional adoption info

Here’s What to Expect:
• Enter through the adoptions lobby (first double doors on the left in the main breezeway) and browse available pets.
• If interested in a pet, sign into the adoptions waitlist—you can do this right away if you’d like help finding a match.
• The adoptions line handles meet-and-greets for both adoption and fostering, so make sure to start there for both. When signing in, let us know if you’re adopting. fostering or you're not quite sure yet.
• An adoption counselor will call you when it’s your turn, review pet details, and bring the pets out to meet you.

Adoption fees are $0 to $50. Dogs and cats adopted from PACC are spayed or neutered, given age-appropriate vaccinations, and microchipped.
