Oscar is a 1 1/2 year old Shih Tzu & Mini Poodle mix boy who weighs 17 lbs. He came into rescue after being left with someone to watch, only his family never returned for him. Oscar is a very happy boy who loves to play and cuddle! He would benefit from more leash training and will do best in a home with a fenced yard. He will take care of his business outside, but is also trained to use puppy pads when needed. This handsome boy does well with other dogs and cats, although he will be content as an only pet. Oscar the ShihPoo is fostering in the northeast region of the USA.
