This stunning boy is Floofer and he's a Labrador Retriever born around 9/22/22 and he currently weighs 37 pounds. Floofer found him self homeless in a apartment complex on Dauphin Island parkway in Mobile, Alabama. The tenants were abusing him because he was unwanted so our Amazing Foster took him in to keep him safe. After all that Floofer has been through, I guess it's not surprising that he has high anxiety so he needs a calm environment and a fenced yard to run free . Floofer does well with female dogs but can be selective around male dogs. Floofer loves humans and just wants to hug them and cuddle. Floofer is already house trained and crate trained but prefers to be free or will bark repeatedly in a crate . Floofer is leash trained but does well without one, once he's bonded with his people. Floofer would do well with a older couple with a calm household. Since Floofer is a medium sized dog, so we like to recommend a home with a fenced in backyard and/or plans for daily exercise and socialization.
