My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Macaroni, an affectionate, outgoing, playful Russian Blue kitten who's favorite past times are chasing the feather toy on a stick, running after the red laser dot on his exercise wheel and crawling under the covers to snuggle with his favorite human(s).

When this boy plays, it's with complete abandon... flipping in the air, doing helicopter spins and pouncing. He also enjoys running on the jogging wheel at his foster home!

Macaroni was born to a feral cat in Torrance, CA. and has been raised with his Uncle, Hunter (a RB mix), who's older by around one month. Of course, we've no way of knowing his exact breed - without a DNA test - but he does possess all the typical hallmarks of a Russian Blue.

He'll do best in a home with at least one, other young/youngish, playful cat/kitten and he'd pair nicely with Hunter.

You'll find his complete rescue journey chronicled in Photo Album #30 on our Facebook page: "Save The Leadwell Kitties"... along with additional videos under the "video" tab. There you'll find ALL our adoptable cats and kittens along with updates from fosters and adopters.

Macaroni's adoption will include his:
* Neuter surgery,
* De-worming,
* FVRCP vaccinations,
* Rabies vaccination (if old enough),
* Combo-test (for FIV/FeLV = negative),
* Flea and mite treatment (with Revolution),
* and Micro chipping!

~ $150. adoption fee, adoption contract and home check apply / $250 for a pair ~

* Please only contact us if you'll be making this boy a permanent member of your household and will be keeping him safe indoors.

** We do not adopt out kittens or cats where they will be the only pet at home. Kittens rely on each other for emotional support and continued social and behavioral development. For example: another kitten or cat will teach them when they're playing too rough or biting too hard. Plus, cats and kittens get very lonely when you're not at home! Having a playmate will keep them happier, healthier and out of trouble. **We offer a discount when adopting a pair!

Interested in becoming a much-needed foster? Please send us a message with your best contact info, the type of home environment you can provide and, most-importantly, the City in which you live. Thanks!
