Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Tippy arrived with her 3 siblings after being found dumped in a Stockton Community park. The puppies were found in a box, before they were brought to the shelter and then to HFP. She is one of the more confident pups, especially with people!
These puppies love life and are so content to just play with doggy friends, run around the backyard, and cuddle at the end of the day. They are extremely shy towards humans but making slow, steady progress.
A home with a secure, nice backyard and a dog-friend is a MUST. They will no doubt love their next people and have no fear aggression, but they will always be more timid/shy puppies and not the kind of dogs who would enjoy brewery trips or meeting tons of people.
They would learn to like leash walks in quiet neighborhoods with time and training! Perfect for homebodies looking for a best friend companion for themselves and their current dog.

Interested in adopting?
1. Please complete our online form at heartsforpawsrescue.com/adoption-application
2. We will respond in 1-3 days for a call!
3. If it sounds like a potential match for you and the dog of interest, we will promptly set up a meet and greet at the foster home
Please note we are a foster-based rescue meaning our dogs are in individual foster homes throughout sac and the bay. For this reason we may only be able to schedule meets for one dog at a time (or litter). The average timeline between app submission and a meet and greet is 3-5 days. Please only submit an application for a specific dog if you are ready to adopt that animal within a week's time.
