Dolly Parton is part of the Country Litter. The puppies came to the rescue after a rough start in life. They were thrown out on the side of the highway and running all over the lanes. Thankfully, a good Samaritan saw this, stopped, and immediately brought the puppies to the vet.
She is a very active little girl and is always down for a good play session with her brothers and sisters! After playing, she will sit patiently waiting for her turn for cuddles with her people. She loves learning new tricks and playing with her enrichment toys.
Dolly Parton loves other dogs and is very interested in cats. She can be a little possessive of her toys and food with other dogs. She enjoys meeting new people and is a very outgoing pup. She is really trying hard with house training, so accidents are to be expected.
They are the typical puppies, they eat a bunch, poop a lot, play hard and sleep even harder. They are all working on their house-training skills but you can expect to have to train the one you adopt! They are not fully crate-trained, but they are quick learners. Puppies require training, so these babies are no different. We highly encourage enrolling in a training program to teach your new addition good manners and to help him or her be well socialized. Please remember puppies demand a lot of your time and pets are a commitment for life.
