My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Reef and Pier came to us two years ago as babies with their mother Breeze, after a Good Samaritan found her hiding with them and the rest of the litter under a backyard shed in the broiling summer heat. This bonded pair was adopted together that fall, but they're back with us through no fault of their own and looking for a new home.

Reef is an affectionate, energetic little guy who would like you to believe that he has never once had any food in his life. He needs to be involved in everything and loves rolling around on the floor and even in the bathroom sink.

Pier is a gentle lovebug with super-soft fur and sweet eyes. He'll softly pat and nuzzle people to let them know he needs some attention, and he loves to snuggle up with his favorite people and purr his little heart out.

Reef and Pier have been through a lot in the past couple months and will need a couple days of patience to acclimate to their new home, but they're sweet boys who would do well in any environment where they have people to love on them. We would love to find them a home soon! Please contact us if you are interested in these beautiful boys.

Both noys are neutered, received rabies and FVRCP vaccine (3 year vaccines), combo tested negative, and are microchipped with a lifetime registration. No need to re-register every year- we've done it for you! Interested? GoodMews22@aol.com

More about this rescue

Our rescue is dedicated to the cats that have been forgotten - strays that are shy and frightened, abandoned cats that once had a home and are trying to come into a home for shelter, cats that need a little more TLC than most to trust again.

These cats are struggling on our streets to be noticed, struggling for survival. They need our love, our compassion, our help.

They are the forgotten cats.
The cats that most rescues "don't have time for."

ALL cats deserve love.
ALL cats deserve a good home.
ALL cats deserve to be treated with respect and given care.

Given time, love, and nurturing, these cats become wonderful, loving housecats.

Our rescue is for the forgotten cats. In my home, they are known as the Shrinking Violets, and I have fought for their right to be loved, receive care, and the respect they deserve. Please join me with your support.
