Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Ginny is a beautiful female Calico kitten who came to the HSOV on July 24, 2023 after a Good Samaritan found her in Belpre Ohio and brought her to the safety of our shelter. Ginny was accompanied by her two brothers (Fred and George). This tiny trio were estimated to have been 7-8 weeks old at that time and needed a little extra TLC (which they were given by our compassionate HSOV kennel techs).
Ginny has a black/orange/white short smooth coat, a long tail, and a beautifully-marked face with dark golden eyes, a pink nose and long white whiskers.
Ginny was given vaccinations, wormer, and flea treatment on August 3, 2023. She weighed 2.2 lbs that day.
These glamour photos of Ginny were taken on September 9, 2023. Ginny made the most of her 15-minutes of fame as she checked out our 'studio' and quickly ransacked the wicker basket to retrieve a festive feathery orange/blue ball before discovering the best 'prize' of all ... A gigantic framed mirror where she was delighted to gaze at her image and see just how beautiful she really is. Most of Ginny's photos were action shots which seemed to capture her true personality.
Ginny and her brothers are currently sharing a large cat tower in the lobby of our shelter and play non-stop until they 'crash' for a group nap in their hammock. Ginny appears to be the self-appointed activities director in charge of kitten shenanigans (and she excels at her job). This little beauty has a super friendly, outgoing personality.
Ginny was spayed on September 19, 2023 and was also given rabies vaccine. She weighed 4.4 lbs that day. Ginny is ready to find her dream home either through adoption or rescue.
Rescue groups may contact our HSOV Feline Rescue Coordinator via email (sharonpaul2@suddenlink.net). We can usually help with transportation.
