Toil & Trouble came to MNPPR when their owner left for college and was unable to bring them along.

Due to our rescue being foster-based, not all foster homes are located in Saint Paul, MN. This animal's foster parent prefers to meet at Chuck & Don's Pet Food & Supplies, 910 Wildwood Rd, Mahtomedi, MN 55115 for meet & greets, & adoptions.
