Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Cali is a beautiful senior calico, approximately 16 years old. She is very sweet and gentle. She has lived with one owner all of her life and lived with another cat and several dogs over the years. She belonged to my grandmother who has passed away. She is skidish with new people as many cats are but once she gets comfortable she is a lap cat who loves to be loved.
She is arthritic. We mix Dasuquin (an over the counter medication) in her food and she has a special low level litter box with litter for sensitive paws and we do not have any issues. She is healthy for a senior cat other than the arthritis.
My husband and I already have 2 cats in our home and, unfortunately, they are not accepting of an addition to the family. There is not anyone else in the family is able to take her in. She would be wonderful companion for an older person. We would be open to paying for her food, supplies, and medical expenses for anyone that is open to fostering or adopting Cali.
