Meet Speckle! Speckle came to Eden in 2022, and just like her friend Azure, she’s not exactly the pick-me-up-and-cuddle type of cat. But Speckle has plenty of personality. In fact, she likes to think of herself as the CEO of the cat room. She has that “I’m in charge here” vibe, and the other cats know it. While she may not be handing out snuggles to humans just yet, she’s very good at supervising, judging, and making sure the household runs according to her standards. Speckle is looking for an adopter who appreciates a strong, independent cat who doesn’t need constant attention. With patience (and maybe a little bribery in the form of treats), she may warm up more over time, but even if she doesn’t, you’ll never be bored with this sassy little boss lady around. We require all potential adopters to complete a written application and contract. All our kittens/cats are tested for FeLV, spayed/neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, parasite treated, and microchipped with a lifetime registration. Our adoption fee for kittens under 6 months old is $110, older kittens/adults are $80, and seniors are $50.Some cats (mostly seniors, long stay, or FeLV+) are sponsored and the only fee is $20 for microchip. We also offer a $30 discount when 2 or more cats are adopted together.
