Meet Bronx!

As our current longest stay resident, Bronx was surrendered by his family in 2021 and became very stressed in the shelter enviornment. Mike, Bronx's foster dad, stepped up and took Bronx home where he has been doing great ever since!

Bronx is a special boy who takes a little extra time to warm up to new faces. But once you have earned his trust, you'll find a loyal, loving companion like no other. Mike shared that "once you become on of his people, he is an almost perfect dog! He loves to be close to his people and chill."

This handsome pup is not only affectionate but also well behaved in a home! He has mastered the art of both house and crate training, making him an ideal roommate. Some of Bronx's favorite activities include: taking long walks, playing fetch in the backyard, giving kisses, and snuggling up under a blanket to watch TV!

When asked what Bronx's ideal home looked like, Mike responded that he has always thought that Bronx would be the "perfect companion for an over the road truck driver." and if that is not in his future, then one or two adults in a low traffic house hold would the ideal home for Bronx!
