My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Playful, Friendly, Foodie

You don't need to look among the outsiders for your furever friend. Do it for Johnny is waiting and ready to join your family today!

Do it for Johnny is a super active boy that loves to play. He likes all kinds of toys and is happy to have you join in, especially if you are on the other end of a wand toy. But he is just as content to entertain himself with batting toys around in delight. Also, don't be concerned if you see a tabby blur. Do it for Johnny is a master of zoomies and likes to show off his talent. He is a big fan of hide-and-seek, even if you don't know you are playing, and likes to tag your leg with a victorious tap of his soft paw.

This sweet boy is extremely affable and is not shy at all when meeting new people. Do it for Johnny wants you to know that scratches are the ultimate sign of affection and he will happily accept them on his head and back. His sides are more sensitive areas, but he has been known to fall asleep while having his tummy gently rubbed. He purrs in appreciation when you find the perfect spot. Despite enjoying all of this, Do it for Johnny is not clingy at all. He is quite easy-going and can adapt to a variety of living situations. He is an independent guy who really appreciates a high perch from which he can survey his kingdom.

Do it for Johnny believes that being vocal about what matters is truly important. And, for him, nothing is quite as important as food. He's happy to "ask" for treats. And if you've maybe forgotten what time breakfast is served, he will provide meow-tivation to help you remember. He offers this service free of charge!

Looking for a loyal friend to back you up in any situation? Do it for Johnny is the guy for you. Contact us about him today!

Do it for Johnny has tested positive for Feline Leukemia. FeLV is not a type of cancer. It's a virus that causes a weaker immune system and often a shorter life-span. For the most part, 'FeLVies' are just like any other cat. APA! waives the adoption fees of these cats, and provides FeLV-related treatment and support post-adoption. Do it for Johnny can only live with other FeLV+ cats, but dogs and other animals are just fine! Any questions? We'd love to talk with you about FeLV care.

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
