My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

**Calm, lazy and chill alert! **

Hello, my name is Wylie or Super Wylie! I am a shy miniature pinscher/dacshund mix weighing at about 20 lbs. My foster says I am a true couch potato/lap buddy. My favorite spot in the house is being bundled up right next to you. Before SOCA I was in the streets trying to survive. I have a big scar along my spine that tells a story. I just know that I am a sweet and quiet dog that was neglected from love and vet care.

My hobby includes lounging around the house and maybe going on some walks. I am friendly with humans and other dogs. If you're looking for a laid back buddy, I am your dog!! I will do well with older/considerate kids and a calm, low activity family. I will do great for an older couple or in an apartment/town home. I'm just ready to chill and be your lap buddy.

My adoption fee is $250 locally in Houston, TX. I am up to date on shots, neutered and microchipped. I recently completed heartworm treatment and on my way to a healthier me. I am ready to fill you heart with love and cuddles!

Additional adoption info

With an approved application, applicants are considered for the pet they have applied for. Our goal is to make the best match for both the adopting family and the pet. Applications are NOT considered on a first come first served basis. Following an initial meet and great, potential adopters must pass a home inspection and sleepovers are strongly encouraged to ensure a perfect fit. Upon approval, the adoptive family is required to pay a fee and sign an adoption agreement. Fees are $200 for a puppy under a year and $150 for adults and include spay/neuter, current vaccines, microchip and many wonderful years of companionship.
