Meet Munchie. This cute little nugget is as charming as he is cute. He is pretty much up for anything and is the right size to take anywhere. He can chill in the house but is always down for an adventure. He likes to sit on the center console in the car and take it all in. He also is both crate and potty trained and knows sit. He gets along with other dogs (fostered with Snickers) as well as cats who he is very respectful of. He does love his chew toys (antlers, bones, jw chews) and toys in general. His name fits him as he loves to munch on things that he is supposed to. He can be a little mouthy in a very playful way but will listen to eh, no or stop it and go right back to his toys. He is a true cuddle bug who likes to snuggle up and sleep with you and enjoys being on your lap as you work from home, he is also content to sleep in his crate. He does pull a little on a leash and gives the schnauzer greeting to dogs and people walking by, as he likes to say hi to everyone! If you welcome this cutie into your home, you will fall in love with his cute and spunky personality.

Interview
We will contact you via email to let you know if the dog is still available and to book a telephone call interview.

Meet the Pet
We'll invite you to meet the dog at a fair, or in some cases at the foster's home. Dogs over 6mos will go to a 1 week adoption trial.

Home Check
When the pup is in your home we'll follow up to see how it's going and volunteer will visit you for a home check
5.
Sign Adoption Contract
If all goes well you'll come to our next adoption fair to FINALIZE! Pay the fee, sign the contract, get your photo!

Dogs Without Borders screens potential applicants to make sure the dog is right fit for their home. We require an adoption application and a home-check. Our adoption fees are $325 for dogs over 1 year, $350 for puppies 6months - 1 year, and $425 for puppies under 6 months. All dogs are spayed/ neutered, vaccinated and microchipped prior to adoption. We also give new owners an ID tag.
