My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Juke is a funny, chunky boy with the biggest heart! Juke loves to play and nap with his foster dog sister. He is a snuggle bug and is always eager to curl up on the couch with his human. He’s a happy, patient boy who would do well in a home where he is the center of attention or the goofy companion of another dog. He is rowdy but gentle and respectful of boundaries in the play yard. He knows a few tricks and will gladly show you them for a treat or two… He is potty-trained and well-behaved! If you're looking for a loveable, spunky sidekick-- Juke is the dog for you!

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

Please come in and visit with our pets available for adoption. Once you find an animal you would like to adopt, you will be asked to fill out an adoption survey and meet with an adoption counselor. We do require landlord approval and we do not adopt out animals to live completely outside. Our adoption fees are $75 for dogs and cats under 5 years old and $55 for those 5 years and older.

More about this shelter

The shelter has very active volunteer and foster programs. Volunteers walk dogs and help with cat care. Fosters take young, shy and injured animals into their homes to prepare them for adoption. Learn more on our website and consider getting involved today!
