Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Look at this adorable youngster! Sage is a beautiful, fun puppy who is looking for a home where she can mature into a fantastic long-term companion!
Sage is currently living in an APA foster home where she is learning all the ropes. She's starting to get used to her crate, she's picking up some basic commands, and she's even getting an early introduction to leash walking.
We have found Sage to be very sweet and playful. She loves to be around people, and may even try to herd them! She is never bored - when she's not playing with you she will make her own fun with her toys or by chewing on a bone. She loves a game of chase, but from firsthand experience we can tell you she is hard to catch! She is an athletic, confident dog who would be a great match for an active household. She will try to catch the stream of a hose, romp around in the yard, or catch insects mid-flight!
Sage would love a home where she can stay busy. She's very smart and trainable, and loves to have a job to do. We think she'd do well with children or other dogs. But as long as she receives love and attention, we think she could fit into a variety of families. Why not let her join yours?
