My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Animated, Joyful, Curious

Katsu Con is a friendly boy who is filled with joy! He adores people. Give him a head or chin rub and he's your best friend! Once he realizes that he's in love with you, he'll flop all over your shoes and hug your legs. This cutie will follow you around like a shadow. He also loves to play - he will even bat at the broom when you sweep, such a fun game! - and although he can entertain himself independently, he prefers human attention.

Katsu Con is the perfect cat to make you laugh, his antics are fantastic for telling stories or just forgetting about whatever is stressing you out! Had a tough day at work? Watch Katsu do acrobatic flips off of your sofa! Cancel your streaming services, Katsu is a whole entertainment source in himself,

After serving as the temporary manager in our Volunteer Office, his human counterparts were discussing how his type of energy would be great with a big chill dog or a cat-friendly puppy. He loves to chase and wrestle with his furry friends.

He's been living in a group room with cat-savvy, ex-street cat Laurie Strode, and it's been a very harmonious situation. They'll play and bicker and explore together, like siblings do. We think Katsu would do well with any cat positive kitty!

Katsu would thrive in a home that can give him a lot of love, attention, and playtime. He would love a furry sibling who matches his energy. If you are interested in meeting this affectionate and goofy boy, reach out to APA! today to set up a meet and greet!

Katsu Con has tested positive for Feline Leukemia. FeLV is not a type of cancer. It's a virus that causes a weaker immune system and often a shorter life-span. For the most part, 'FeLVies' are just like any other cat. APA! waives the adoption fees of these cats, and provides FeLV-related treatment and support post-adoption. Katsu can only live with other FeLV+ cats, but dogs and other animals are just fine! Any questions? We'd love to talk with you about FeLV care.

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
