My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Beautiful, loving, chill

Meet Neuromancer! The only thing this kitty will be summoning is your unconditional and bottomless love---her silky fur and raccoon-striped tail is only the tip of the swooning iceberg!

Neuromancer makes the purr-fect companion cat! This sweetie loves to simply be present in the same room as you without being too demanding. Although she will definitely purr to a good pet or a satisfying scratch, Neuromancer spends most of her time plopped down right next to you---instead of on your lap or your pillow. Her manners are also exquisite; Neuromancer has learned to not jump onto kitchen counters!

When Neuromancer gets an itch for playtime, she loves to reach for her cat toys! She will pounce at a string on the floor, fish out a ball to dribble around, or hunt down a stuffed mouse that looked at her the wrong way. When she feels bold, she'll even wrestle her stuffed cat!

Neuromancer's chill demeanor makes us think that she can thrive around kitties, pups, and human children alike! Neuromancer is a super undemanding critter, but her dream home is complete with people to love (and, occasionally, to play with), a new space to explore, and windows she can daydream out to. If you're on the lookout for a feline roomie to love, Neuromancer would love to take a nap next to you while you work!

Neuromancer has tested positive for Feline Leukemia. FeLV is not a type of cancer. It's a virus that causes a weaker immune system and often a shorter life-span. For the most part, 'FeLVies' are just like any other cat. APA! waives the adoption fees of these cats, and provides FeLV-related treatment and support post-adoption. Neuromancer can only live with other FeLV+ cats, but dogs and other animals are just fine! Any questions? We'd love to talk with you about FeLV care.

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
