The couple who went shopping and fell for this girl and offered to foster her named her Cece “pronounced sessy” short for Cecilia since she is from Mexico! And… because both their names begin with C as well! She is approximately 1 1/2 years old with an amazing Brindle Coat. She is Mixed Breed.
