Stormy, the incredible 10-year-old Havanese mix, is a true survivor! Rescued from a NYC shelter, she has made an amazing recovery from pneumonia. This peaceful girl loves leisurely strolls on a leash, gets along with other dogs and people, and is completely housebroken. Stormy sleeps through the night in bed with her foster parents. She adores being with her people while watching TV. She may give a little warning growl when she doesn't want to be bothered, but she has NEVER bitten anyone. (who doesn't get annoyed by humans from time to time. In addition this behavior has improved now that she trust her foster parents)

Stormy is looking for a patient adopter who will give her the time to adjust and love she deserves.

P.S. Stormy would do best with experienced dog owners with either kids over 15 years of age of adult only. NO first-time dog owners, please!
