Skipper is a very sweet 18 month old Chiweenie. He was found as a stray in Houston. He crawled into a parked car that the foster had just opened. He was exhausted, hungry and over heated. Unfortunately no one answered the found ad so he is looking for a forever home. He loves his foster family and is very affectionate. He can be playful and lovers to do zoomies.
