Good with Children: Yes! Is living very well with a 2 year old toddler and a 5 year old child.

*Due to overwhelming responses & being entirely volunteer-run, we are only able to reach out to applicants that will be moving forward. Thank you for your interest!

This black haired beauty with the softest coat ever is gingerly stepping into the limelight, ready to meet her future family!

Coco is your quintessential family puppy: happy, charming, soooo cuddly, eager to please and GREAT WITH RESPECTFUL TODDLERS! But with the good, comes the mildly annoying: she's a bit jumpy, she's a little chompy due to teething, she can be uncertain in certain situations at first, will look to her owner for guidance and is not fully potty trained. She will benefit from basic training and confidence work. Coco would do well in a family environment, with children, or an owner or couple who are active. She will require lots of stimuli to keep her happy and learning. She would be a great second dog, but would also fit well as an only dog (she is currently being fostered with a senior dog).

We are not sure how large she will become, so condo dwellers with small weight restrictions for dogs should NOT apply.

Coco’s foster family have been working diligently on potty training, and with very frequent potty breaks, she's learning! Atta girl, Coco! Coco is crated at night, and her future home should continue this at least during her puppy period to help establish boundaries.

When outdoors she is inquisitive of all the sights and sounds she's experiencing. At night, she can be a little shy and will stay near her owner. She should not be let off leash as she is still learning and could be skittish.

Coco is the snuggliest pup and has the softest fur. She is going to be a great addition to anyone's home and we can't wait to help get her there.
