Bernie is an adorable little guy who loves to play with other dogs and spend time with his favorite people. He was running around all by himself for weeks before he hit the jackpot and was captured by the team at Mutts & Mayhem Emergency Search and Rescue.
Bernie is a little shy when meeting new people and skittish with loud noises (who wouldn't be after having to survive on your own for so long?). He's the cutest sweetheart and LOVES his Beetlejuice toy. Bernie LOVES his people and other dogs. He is a good little boy and can't wait to find a family of his very own. Our adoption fee is $175.

We require an application to be completed prior to setting up a meet-and-greet. We do not offer "on-the-spot" adoptions. We do not adopt on a first-come, first-served basis. We do our best to match dogs with families that will be a good fit to help ensure a successful adoption. We reserve the right to decline any application for any reason.

Due to the nature of our adoption process, our fosters are usually only able to consider forever families within a reasonable driving distance of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. A vet reference is required, and a trial period will be completed before finalizing the adoption. Thank you for your understanding.
