Pumpkin was living outside at a trailer park - and there were people threatening to harm them. We managed to get her out of there.

Pumpkin is a sweetheart wanting her forever home! She was saved from a neighborhood community that is not so cat friendly and overwhelmed with the reproduction of kitties year after year. The ppl in the community freely post about killing these precious creatures and often antagonize and are mean to them to get them away from the area. Pumpkin is a sweet, playful kitty who is a little timid until she gets to know you. She loves face rubs, chin rubs & is great with other cats.

Born likely spring of 2022, she is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated and negative for fiv/felv.

Adoptions Events are held on Saturdays at the several local Petsmart and Petco stores. If you would like to meet a specific cat, please contact us ahead of time and we will bring the cat to the weekend event.

More about this rescue

Purrfect Friends Cat Rescue is an all-volunteer, non-profit group working to end the plight and suffering of unwanted cats and kittens in the greater Cincinnati area. We do this by educating the general public about the importance of spaying or neutering their pets to lessen the drastic over-population of cats; we provide foster homes to cats and kittens waiting for adoption, and provide information and guidance to people working to help the feral cat population through TNR (trap, neuter and release) efforts.

Meet the cats every Saturday at our adoption events (details listed below), and you can see the cats on Petfinders and 1800save-a-pet in the hopes of finding good homes for them.
