I can be “a little spicy” upon first meeting or trips to the vet but once I trust you I’m a little love bug. Very mellow and sweet to hold and snuggle until it’s off to the races and I want down RIGHT NOW. I need to run and explore and would do best with another young cat. I know my name and will freeze when I’m caught red handed in my shenanigans. I get excited about wet food and like to demand that it be delivered to the bowl faster. I am remarkably patient about having my toes and belly touched. I am litter trained but would do best with a top entry litterbox - I like to dig and make a mess sometimes. I like to climb and will hide when scared. I’m very big for my age even compared to my sisters and still growing even though I almost look full grown already! I am curious about other cats and will definitely push them a bit even when warned but I just want to play, not fight. It took some time for my sisters to accept me back into the household, but now we chase each other around all the time! I am very vocal when I am looking for you and will meow through the house until I find you or you speak up. :)
I need an experienced, patient human with a quiet household. I’m very easily spooked and need an environment where I can really come out of my shell at my own pace. It took me about 2 months back with my foster to really trust her and come when called. I still hide for new visitors but am inquisitive once I start to recognize them and can be won over with brushing before I’ll even allow petting.
Adoption events are held at the Fair Oaks Petco (Madison at Hazel) on Saturdays from noon to 4pm.

Our kitties are FeLV tested (negative), spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, flea treated, and microchipped. However, since the majority of our kitties are rescued from local high-kill shelters or 'from the streets', their backgrounds are unknown and we cannot guarantee the temperament or any unforeseen health problems that may arise with rescued animals. Our kitties are housed in foster homes in Sacramento County, California. Potential adopters are selected through an adoption screening process. There is a nominal adoption fee that goes towards the care of the kitties.
