Meet the black and white piggy who wants to snort and squiggle her way into your life! Sarah Smiles is an adorable, compact ball of feisty love waiting to find her forever family. Sarah is a sweet girl who wants to find a family that can match her intelligence and energy. She is a versatile dog, who starts out super excited, but once she’s had some exercise, she is calm and sweet and wants to play, interact and learn new things. This dog would excel at nearly any “activity” her family might want to engage in–agility, tricks, disc, anything! She is very food-motivated and eager to learn. She has a few pesky habits that she is working on breaking, like nibbling at your shoes when you first get her out of the crate. She finds it nearly impossible to hold still while you attach her leash (oh and leashes are fun to bite and play with apparently–who knew!). She is learning not to jump up but trying to contain herself is very hard for this super-fun girl, and being a low-to-the-ground dog makes it that much harder. Sarah Smiles will make a wonderful lifelong pet for the right family. She is good with children, but her exuberance can be a bit much for very small children. She loves toys and fetching, chasing and (sometimes) returning balls or squeaky toys. She is built from the neck down more like an English Bulldog, but her zest for life is pure staffy-bull. Her goofy underbite gives her silly face a lot of character. She weighs about 45 lbs, has been microchipped, spayed and UTD on all shots and flea/tick preventative.
