My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I’m around two years old – at least that’s what they tell me. After a big storm and having nowhere else to go, I found myself on the doorstep of a place where there were pictures of dogs and cats on the walls inside so I decided it was a good place to be. Well, I was right because they took me in, dried me off, fed me and made me feel warm and cozy. But the ladies there were worried because I was in a place where they don’t allow dogs like me. I don’t know what I did wrong but they said I couldn’t stay. So they called a rescue … A rescue?? I thought I was already rescued!! A few days later, a nice lady picked me up and took me to her house. Her name is Foster Mom and she told me I was going to be a good boy and play nicely with the Other Dogs which is no problem for me. I like those Other Dogs and most of the time they like me but sometimes I want to play more than they do. So Foster Mom takes me to a place where there’s lots and lots of dogs who want to play all day. Good for me, good for Foster Mom and good for the Other Dogs.

But don’t let my pictures fool you. Serious is not my thing and black’s not really my color. I’m more of a smooth chocolate brown Velcro Love Dog who never wants to be left out in the rain again. I have tons of energy – like 3 Red Bulls in the morning kind of energy – so a big back yard to goof it up and zoom around in suits me just fine. If you’re game, let’s play ball !!
