My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pet Peeves: Boy dogs... I just don't like them. I don't react to them
on walks, but I want to live with a nice female!!!

Interests: Oh boy, I love everything. I love people, kids, female
dogs... I could lay around for hours with my humans!

Ideal Day: Well, lets start by waking up in a home, and preferably a
bed! Then a nice long walk, some training work and chewies!

My Story:
Jimbo was left tied up to a community center. A concerned citizen
contacted MABBR and when our volunteer came to meet him, she couldn't
let him go to a shelter.

About Me:
Jimbo is one of those dogs that 'gets it' in the sense that he knows
what he needs to do to please his person. He learns very quickly and
he has a need to please that will make him very easy to train. He
walks great on a leash, flat or pinch and now sits at all
intersections. He has been to petsmart is rides fabulously in a car.
He is the type of dog that lays down and sleeps on car trips. Jimbo
loves to play with female dogs and walks well with them. He was never
properly socialized so he needs a proper introduction but has played
well with two females in a playgroup. Jimbo loves to snuggle and give
kisses. He has had a pretty big scare in life and will need a nice
home where he can get used to being a pet. He needs stability and
someone to call his own.

Jimbo is the most beautiful color of reddish brown. He has bat ears
and a wonderful personality to match. He would do great in agility!!!
He wags his entire body at people when they walk by and just LOVES
people. He would be a great dog for someone who likes to have parties
and get togethers! He has stopped jumping up and is really becoming a
well behaved boy. Please give this little guy a chance, he really
deserves it!
