* Loves to play fetch with toys- but does need some coaxing to release the toy
* Will patiently sit and wait for the next toss and does bring it back
* Ready to play with dog friends when he has time to warm up
* Doesn't appreciate very forward greetings from dogs, likes time to get to know his buddies
* Would likely do best with a calm, respectful dog friend and a slow introduction
* Can be a little sensitive with pain (when getting shots or at the vet)
* Needs a home without cats
* Requires a home with children ages 5+

Visit inapl.org to print out an adoption application. If you are interested in a specific pet please remember to write their name and kennel number(there are multiple animals with the same name in our shelter.)

Cat/kitten adoption fee: $85
Includes: Spay/neuter, FIV/Feline Leukemia/Heartworm testing, vaccinations, rabies shot (for those old enough), wormer, microchip and a free vet visit at participating vets.

***Cats adopted from PetSmart (Anderson location) get an adoption packet from PetSmart with valuable coupons for a free bag of food, discounted toys, etc.

Dog/Puppy adoption fee: $100
Includes: Spay/neuter, Heartworm test, vaccinations, rabies shot (for those old enough), wormer, microchip and a free vet visit at participating vets.

Dogs from the F.I.D.O. shelter dog prison program adoption fee: $150
Includes: Spay/neuter, vaccinations, rabies shot, Heartworm test, microchip, wormer, a free vet exam to use at a participating vet. They are also crate trained, house trained and know their 5 basic commands.
