My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

For more pics, videos and info about this cat, please find us on Instagram @SymbioticSuffolk or Facebook @SymbioticInc. We reply to ALL emails within 72 hours. If you do not receive an email from us, please check your spam/junk folder.

Meet Hacker!! Don’t worry, this little cutie will steal your heart but not your passwords! He’s a sweet little man who’s a little on the shy side. He’s looking for a family who will be patient and make him feel safe and he’ll reward you with infinite love. Adopt him with one of his foster friends if there’s room in your heart for two!! As us for recommendations!

The first step is to complete the cat adoption application below.

Symbiotic Inc has a required minimum $150 adoption donation (it is tax deductible!)

All cats are spayed or neutered, microchipped and up to date on all needed health care before adoption is finalized.

We require a meet and greet with all potential adopters, a home visit and a vet reference (if applicable).

If you are interested in adopting please visit our website to find our adoptions standards and a link to our cat adoption questionnaire.

Go meet their pets

All pet meetings require an appointment and the majority of our meetings take place in Suffolk, VA.

More about this rescue

Our rescue is a little different in the fact that we work very hard to be a “match maker” with potential homes. If it does not work out with the pet you applied for, we would love to help your family find the next right match! None of our animals are in a shelter environment but rather living with a foster family in a home environment. Additionally, all of our animals have a 30 day minimum stay in their foster home before we even list them as available for adoption. This is so we can make sure we know as much as we can about their behaviors, likes, dislikes, quirks and habits before we try and place them in a forever home.
