Hooper - Neutered Male. Approximate DOB is 3/30/2023. Brody & Hooper are bonded pair. They are current on their vaccines and have been tested for Feline Aids (FIV) and Feline Leukemia (FELV) and are Negative. Brody is a SH White Buff with Tabby Stripes. He is a tall, lean and very athletic boy! Although his coat is a light buff color, he still has tabby-like stripes.
His brother Hooper is a SH White with Orange. They were found living under a deck in June of 2023. They were rescued, vetted and then taken into foster care where they're being socialized and getting a lot of TLC. They are making tremendous progress every day. They are very playful and such funny boys. Wand toys don't stand a chance with Hooper! Their favorite activities include showing off their impressive wrestling moves or hunting "the red dot" of the laser pointer! They love watching fish and bird videos and they love their canned food! Those boys are very loving and they will need someone who understands that they are still learning to trust. They would love to be adopted together and would do best in a home with no small children. They would get along well with other playful cats/kittens. If you would like to meet Brody and Hooper, please complete a pre-adoption application found on our website at www.loveastraycat.com

More about this rescue
Love A Stray is an all volunteer, no-kill, animal rescue organization for cats and dogs serving primarily Lorain and Cuyahoga counties in Ohio. Our mission is four-fold:
1. To decrease the pet overpopulation by employing aggressive low-cost spay/neuter programs which includes not only adoptable animals but also spay/neuter assistance programs for families who otherwise would not be able to sterilize their pet. We also alter feral cats through trap/neuter/release (TNR) programs.
2. To rescue homeless animals and, when necessary, provide medical treatment including emergency veterinary care.
3. To nurture rescue animals through innovative behavior rehabilitation, when applicable, and to place them from foster families into permanent homes.
4. To educate the public on the importance of being an advocate for animals emphasizing humane treatment and sterilization.
